Headed into the live show on April 14, ‘Django Unchained’ and ‘Ted’ lead the way with seven nominations each

Leading the pack at this year’s Movie Awards is Quentin Tarantino’s Western epic “Django Unchained,” which garnered an impressive seven nominations, including the coveted Movie of the Year; the same can be said for “Ted,” which also received seven total noms, including Best Female Performance for Mila Kunis

Nominations for the Broadcast Film Critics Association’s 18th annual Critics’ Choice Movie Awards has been announced. Congratulations to Mila, Mark and Ted. The Critics’ Choice winners will be announced at a Jan. 10 ceremony taking place at the Barker Hangar in Santa Monica. The show, produced by Bob Bain Productions and Berlin Entertainment, will air live at 8 p.m. on The CW.
